The festive season is here and so is your exclusive Perth gig guide! Christmas and New Years are only a countdown away and the summer sun has finally heated things up. The local scene is action-packed in December with some of Perth’s hottest bars putting on live music of all different flavours for you to indulge in. But get in quick, tickets are bound to sell out all round for New Year’s Eve events!

Summer holidays also bring with them ample amounts of festival action. Wonderland is set to be huge this month, with Castaway and Sets on the Beach also making an appearance. Perth’s favourite Boxing Day extravaganza is back with Breakfest beats on the 26th and Redfest, WA’s newest heavy music event will dominate New Year’s Eve. In between all the festive craziness, keep your ears peeled for some great local EP launches and international superstars heading to Aussie shores.

The LP, met with rave reviews, was recorded in the inspirational surroundings of Peter Gabriel’s Real World Studio. Limit of Love is a recording that is less about fine-tuning everything to the nth-degree, and more about capturing a band at the height of their powers in an honest, organic way.
